Tax Returns Are My 2nd Love

OH the utter joy of opening your bank account to the sight of a newly deposited tax return. Nothing compares to having money when you're a poor struggling college student, and now debt free!!!

Butter

I came home from taking KayBree to school today and I couldn't find Daimen anywhere... I frantically searched the whole house for him until I hear a noise coming from the kitchen. So I ran in there, opened the cupboard from which the noise came, and found Daimen with a half eaten stick of butter... YUM!

Tae Bo Kicks

I bought this exercise video for the kids a while back. The other day it was a normal freezing cold day in Logan and the kids have been cooped up in the house going insane, taking my sanity with them, so we decided to try out this super cool kids workout video.... Here are the results from that adventure.......

The first time was rough for KayBree. She isn't very stretchable, and she has a hard time with balance but she kept trying and now is a Tae Bo Professional... although after a tough workout she has a hard time walking down the stairs due to sore legs. :)

Daimen did pretty good his first time... He actually loves to do this workout video more than sis. He'll even do the whole 1 hour workout without stopping. It's pretty cute.

Daimens Tumbling Adventure

(: First off, the little girl at the bottom of the collage, in the black and white picture, is Daimens girlfriend Gentry. Josh was so proud when he saw which little girl Daimen was in "love" with. She's a dark hair, dark skin, dark eyed beauty! All Josh said was "Thats my boy!" :)

The other day Daimen came home from Preschool crying his eyes out, saying that his "big meanie" teacher took his Bakugans away.

Rewind the day back to that morning while getting ready for Preschool.... Daimen-"Mom I think I wanna take my Bakugans to school today!" Mom-"No.. they are to small so you'll loose them or your teacher will take them away because you shouldn't bring toys to school." Daimen-"OK mom I wont take them." I then take them out of his pocket and put them in a safe place on the book shelf.

Fast forward after school... Daimen-"He took them... that big meanie took them!!!" Mom-"Wait a second... your Bakugan are at home on the bookshelf...... Right?" Daimen-"Ummm.... Well.... I wanted to show Will my Bakugans so I took them and hid them in my pocket..." Mom-"WOW!" What a sneak... I was so oblivious, all the while he was sitting there, while I was driving him to school, with this big secret... Man he's gettin good!

So anyway... Long story short, I went back to the tumbling place (home of the big meanie) and asked to get Daimen's toys back. He gave me the run around, said he would have them by next week. Next week rolls around, I send Josh to put some fear in the mans heart, he has the nerve to give Josh the same runaround (he'll have them by the NEXT week), Josh says no and in the end the guy gave us ten bucks because he lost them.

So after that we decided it might be good to go to his tumbling class to make sure the big meanie isn't taking this out on Daimen.

BUGGED

My friend Heather tagged me for this post and honestly I bet it's because she knows there are a lot of things that bug me... SO I will try to narrow down the list to just 10... not gonna lie... it's going to be a challenge... :)

1. All of my friends moving away and leaving me alone... so very alone....

2. The horrible smell of Logan... the worst is by Redbox at McDonald's and Smiths Marketplace...

3. The never ending suckfest that is College...

4. A dirty house... I can't relax or be happy if it isn't cleaned and somewhat organized...

5. Migraines... I cant function with them, thank goodness for KayBree and her love of cooking dinner for her and Daimen on the many nights I am dying...

6. Back stabbing people... they look nice, but tend to screw me over...

7. Being poor... poor in time with each other and poor in money

8. Obvious regrowth and split ends in my hair....

9. Pregnant women who waddle ALL NINE MONTHS... and rub their stomachs constantly...

10. Not having a really strong, no effort talent... or any talent for that matter
